How much does DocQ cost?

Can I verify the signature of a file in third party tools?

DocQ uses the leading digital signature standards built for PDF files. This means that you can use third party tools, like Adobe Acrobat, to verify the integrity of documents and signatures obtained via DocQ.

Can I use my own eSignature digital certificate?

Yes! DocQ supports TLS digital certificates issued by all certificate authorities. Speak to your account representative today to get your digital certificates configured in DocQ. If you don’t have one, we will even issue one for you.

Can I prove who signed a document?

Built-in audit trails mean that you can easily prove who signed a document, when and even prove the legitimacy of a signature based on the digital certificate associated with the document. If you need an extended identity verification of document signers, we can support this too.

What type of documents can I sign with DocQ?

All documents are converted to PDF before they are sent for signatures. This secures the document against tampering. This means that any document that you can upload to DocQ, can be signed; this includes, PDF, Word, Excel, PNG, JPEG, and many other formats.

Why do I need approvals?

Using DocQ workflows lets you set up an internal process to obtain approvals from one or many users before documents are sent out to customers or prospects. This ensures that error-free contracts and documents are used for critical deals in your organization.

Can I create groups of users as approvers?

Yes! You can mimic your organization’s structure within DocQ by using user groups. These groups can then be assigned as approvers, rather than individual users, so that documents can be approved by types of users in a department, rather than just a specific user.

Can I receive reminders when an approval is delayed?

DocQ always sends reminders to users who need to approve a document. It is even possible to see a queue of all documents that a user must currently act upon.

Is it possible to set approval deadlines?

Sometimes contracts and documents have deadlines associated. DocQ makes it easy to mimic this and set up an expiry time within which an approver must sign.

Can multiple users edit a Word file together?

Absolutely! Our online editor supports simultaneous collaborative editing of files by multiple internal or external invited users. This reduces time spent on creating documents and abolishes the need for emails to share documents.

Is it possible to annotate PDF files?

Yes! The built-in PDF viewer in DocQ enables you to annotate PDF files. But you can also use our nifty notes tool to pass messages back-and-forth with your team as the document moves within a workflow, or through approvals and rejections.

Is it possible to share files automatically?

Workflows in DocQ let you configure when a file should be automatically shared with pre-defined groups, or people whose contact data can be obtained from third party systems (like CRM, ERP, etc.) or even web-forms. You can even define the level of access, and the amount of time access is granted for. All of this can always be done manually on an ad-hoc basis as well.
